Next 5 things Javier Aguirre MUST do?

It is crucial that Javier Aguirre do the following 5 things, in order to secure Mexico's present and future.

1. Have a meeting with Nestor De La Torre, Decio de Maria, and Justino Compean to resolve this Jonathan Dos Santos issue. Hopefully they have already spoken to Jonathan about being called up the in future. Losing a talent as Jonathan would be detrimental to Mexico, Jonathan would be an ideal replacement to Gerardo Torrado. It would be in the best interest of Mexico to take the youngster little by little so that he can blossom into a great midfielder. Spain is also eager to have him in their national team.

2. Pull aside Nery Castillo and have a long talk with him concerning his attitude on and off the field. Nery is a player with outstanding ability and no one can deny that (remember Copa America???), so to assume that he is a bum is ridiculous. We have to understand that players have up and downs (ex. Giovani Dos Santos) , so at times we need to be patient. Nery has to work on how he interacts with the media... He should be the bigger man and just blow them off, don't let them get the best of him. Aguirre should also point out to Nery that he could have jeopardized Mexico's chance of winning against the US if he would have received a red card for either the Davies or Onyewu incident.

3. Seriously think about finding some quality backups at center back... Rafa Marquez is unreliable due to his recent injury history and Osorio has also been prone to either injuries or bad performances. Galindo is not the man the national team needs he tends to lose focus in crucial moments. Maybe Hector Moreno could filled that spot.

4. Have a talk with Giovani Dos Santos and advice him to either stay in his current team or make a move to a Spanish team (a team where he can get playing time). Current teams interested in him are Depor de la Coruna, Espanyol , Inter Milan(Italian), and Besiktas(Turkish). Gio and Guardado on the same team would be nice.

5. Have a sit down with all of the FMF heads and demand to have friendlies with competitive nations , which can serve as a learning tool. But these friendlies must be played in Europe where players in Europeans club can be granted a leave of absence. It doesn't make sense to have friendlies with players that we never be in the first team .No disrespect but we can not expect to get better by playing teams such as Guatemala....
